All the Refugios or Albergues at the Park work on the same basis, they offer a fix-menu for Lunch and for Dinner. For lunch you can have a Box-Lunch to go. In most cases you have the choice of Continental Breakfast or American. Beside de fix-menu you have the alternative of some sandwiches
Our idea behind this, in offering a Fix-menu, it is that, it should mean less infrastructure, an small kitchen, less personnel, less equipment, less things to transport around the Park, etc, in order to minimize the size and the impact of the whole process involved. This is a restaurant service Inside of a National Park, so whatever the extras or fancy elements should be avoided in the name of preservation of the first element in the whole recipe, the Nature of the Park, that is what we are all here for, to visit and enjoy, today, and for the future generations.
Of course, this does not mean compromising the quality of the food and the good service to all our customers.
In those areas were there is not a Refugio, like Camp Serón or Camp Los Perros you can also have the Meals service, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, though we highly recommend to make reservations in advance.
It is important to us for you to understand how complicated could get to provide the refugios with all the supplies they need, so we try to minimize the waste of food, by cooking as much as we have through reservations. 
The restaurants at the refugios are open for general public, not only for the passengers staying overnight at refugio

ANDESCAPE has at all the locations, Grey / Dickson / Los Perros a PROVISIONS STORE at the Camping area. We basically provide some non-perishable food :
Pasta – Rice – Sauce - Soup - Canned Food – Sugar – Cookies – Chocolates – Bread & something for the bread – Sodas – Mineral Water – Juice – Beer - Wine.
Due to distances and hauling difficulties we do not carry fresh vegetables or goods to be refrigerated.
At Pehoe you will find also a store. At Cuernos and Chileno less products. At Torres you should have plenty.
 

ANDESCAPE PROVISION STORES At Lake Grey – Lake Dickson – Camp Los Perros At all the Camping Areas managed by our company we have a Provisions Store to supply all basic foods for the Trekkers using the Camping facilities and cooking on their own, so they do not have to carry a lot of stuff for too many days to be able to do trekking in Torres del Paine. A minimal help that gives to a lot of people the chance to know this nature that otherwise would be forbidden.
