At Andescape, we are a group of professionals, that work in the Tourism Business, for over 12 years, running the Refugios at Torres del Paine National Park and producing Tour Packages with all the additional services to get to know and experience Torres del Paine and the whole Southern Patagonia in Chile and Argentina. We started by designing and building the first Refugios at the Park ( quit an adventure itself ), and then promoting them, doing the marketing and improving administrative processes to give a better service every day. Our founders and managers, are people who practiced ( for many years ) mountaineering, climbing, trekking, etc. Formerly members of the volunteer Mountain Rescue Corp of Chile, and being part of many excursions all over Chile, therefore they are the first to believe and enjoy the idea of adventure behind any of our programs.
Our guides, are graduated in Tourism or related professions, who have been practicing the activities for at least three years. They all are very acknowledgeable about Patagonia, its Flora, Fauna and its History, which is an essential part of a real Eco-Adventure tour with us.
Our office staff, also outdoor lovers, with their professional skills, in different areas, have been trained and lived most of our adventure activities. They are the vital support for all of our services we offer, the logistics for the Refugios, from personnel selection to maintenance and supplying all the daily things required at all units in the Park. They are also vital support for all the services & Adventure Tours with the customer satisfaction goal in mind.
